New units come with a 1 year warranty. This does not cover damage done to the units such as dropping or the unit getting crushed. This plan will cover these types damage accident for 1 year for new units. *Unit must be under 30 days old

Plan Details:
Plan starts immediately. Refunds are available up to 14 days after purchase unless a claim has been filed.
Plan covers multiple issues at once. For example: The QRI has water damage and the second laser head has been crushed. A claim can be filed for both and will be repaired or replaced.
Protection Plan is for 1 complete system. If you own more than one QRI system, additional plans must be purchased. Plan is tied to your units Serial Number
Repaired or replaced items have a 180-day warranty. If a claim has been completed, there is a 60-day waiting period before another claim can be filed on the same item. When a claim is filed and the unit is being serviced, our techs will also inspect the unit for any other possible issues and perform preventive maintenance.
Plan holder is responsible for shipping cost associated with shipping to Vital Creations
International Plan holders: We file as warranty repair which normally exempts a fee however if a fee is charged you are responsible for customs duties.
To file a claim please contact info@vitalcreationsinc.com or www.facebook.com/QRITech. A form will be emailed to fill out. Please send the form and ship the unit(s). The address will be on the form.
When your plan expires, a new plan may be purchased.
